MEDITATION

Cost: $20 per session. Bring a buddy an it's $15 each!

This group will focus on relaxation and wellbeing for the body, mind and soul using meditation, positive affirmation to raise your personal vibration, to bring a sense of clarity, understanding and rejuvenation into your daily life.

BYO mat/thick blanket, pillow and rug.

For all ages and levels. Chris will gently guide you through simple stretches, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

BYO yoga mat or blanket.

Meet at the Community House and explore Crib Point while getting to know new friends. Sometimes they will meet at a different location. Great for new comers to the area.

Reiki is an ancient natural form of healing. Susan, a qualified Reiki Master, loves to share her knowledge to help people heal.

Learn the basic fundamentals of Reiki and Colour Therapy with happy energy in a 'not too serious' environment.
